More than 100 contestants from conservatories in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue Arts University and Hanoi College of Arts took part in three rounds of the competition, chamber symphony, solo piano and violin.

“The winners will be awarded certificates of merit by the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism and selected for international competitions” said Vu Duy Cuong, a member of the organization board.

Winners of the under-16 and under-24 age groups for solo piano will also receive their awards from world-renowned Vietnamese pianist Dang Thai Son.
